Epoxy is forgiving to work with but the uncured components deserve respect. If you do get resin on your skin, wipe it with a dry paper towel first, then wash with soap and water; solvents like acetone actually drive the chemical deeper into your pores.
Store both parts capped tight, upright, and somewhere that stays between 60 and 80 degrees F. A garage that swings from freezing to 100 degrees F over the year cuts shelf life dramatically and can cause the resin to crystallize. If your resin looks cloudy or has sugar-like crystals, warm the bottle in a bowl of hot tap water for 20 minutes and it usually clears right back up, no need to toss it.
