Golf Simulator Flooring: Pros, Cons, and Buying Guide

A serious home golf simulator is not one floor — it is three working together. Golf simulator flooring failures almost always come from treating the bay as a single surface rather than a zoned system. The hitting area, the putting area, and the surrounding base flooring each have different jobs, different material requirements, and different price points. Get the zoning right and a 12 by 16 simulator bay feels like a private indoor course.
