NuCore offers warranties up to lifetime residential. In practice, claims require the original receipt, professional installation documentation, and proof that subfloor preparation met spec. For DIY installs, the warranty is largely theoretical — Floor & Decor will typically replace planks for obvious manufacturing defects but will not cover normal wear or installation-related issues.
Plan to live with the floor based on its real performance, not the warranty paper. Twelve to fifteen years of solid residential use is realistic for the Performance line and above, with cosmetic wear noticeable at the seven to ten year mark.

NuCore Performance and above is a solid value SPC vinyl that performs as well as anything else in its price range.
