How to Replace Kerf-Style Weatherstrip

How to Install a Door Sweep

  1. Close the door and measure its width; hacksaw the sweep to length.
  2. With the door closed, hold the sweep against the interior face so the fin or brush just touches the threshold evenly. Mark the screw slots.
