Persistent steam faults after the water side checks out usually point to the steam valve solenoid or the module itself, which is where a service call earns its keep. Sanitize and Steam Sanitize Cycles

The Steam Sanitize cycle is one of the reasons people buy these machines. It uses the steam module to push drum temperatures high enough to knock down allergens and bacteria on bedding and towels. Because it runs hotter and longer than a normal cycle, it leans hard on both the steam water supply and clean airflow. If the sanitize cycle stalls, extends far past its estimate, or throws a heat code, the fix is the same pair of checks you would run for any other complaint: confirm the water line to the steam module and confirm the vent is clear.

Resetting the Dryer After a Repair
