Installation Process

Step 1: Subfloor Preparation

Step 6: Sealing

The finished terrazzo is sealed with a penetrating or topical sealer to protect against staining and moisture penetration. Epoxy terrazzo is inherently non-porous, so it requires less sealing than cementitious terrazzo. Most installations receive two coats of a high-quality commercial floor sealer.
